Payment required: 50% or Full amount to confirm booking. Confirmation upon payment reflected in our system.

Makeup artist available on request at additional cost.

Please note that no refunds will be provided. However, you are permitted to request a postponement up to 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot. Booking will be cancelled if a client does not show up without any communication.

The prices quoted are valid exclusively for the year 2025, unless a booking is made in advance for the year 2026.

Please be advised that any additional hours or services requested may result in additional charges.

In the event that transportation is required, please note that associated costs will be charged separately based on the distance to your venue

For marketing purposes, we reserve the option to compile the videos/images into a single video. This practice aids us in establishing trust and providing potential clients with a preview of our services. However, we respect your decision if you choose not to have your video or images shared. Please inform us accordingly.

Images will be submitted to clients within 7-14 working days, (Public holiday & weekend is not working days)

Raw Image and Video Policy: We do not share RAW images or RAW videos with clients. Only edited content will be provided as per the agreed-upon package.

Behind the Scenes Videos: Videos captured in the studio during photoshoots (behind the scenes) are not included in the standard package. We reserve the right to share this content with the client at our discretion.

Strictly on appointments, no walk ins
